Andy was recommended to me by a Friend after I was suffering with a Rat Infestation within the Home and after 7 months of distress I was getting no where with other pest control companies including my Landlord. Andy has been amazing from the start he's been polite, professional and friendly with excellent knowledge. Not only did Andy locate the problem quickly and re-assure me that he would resolve my issue, he went above and beyond by also helping me contact the relevant places I needed to and advocated for me. He has also been working alongside my Landlord by choice to further help me. Andy kept in touch throughout everything and stuck to all his promises. It's now been a few weeks, the necessary works to my House are finally taking place, I haven't seen/heard a Rat and my peace of mind is so much better. Andy quite literally changed my life and without him I wouldn't be moving forward. 10/10 highly recommend, and honestly Thank you!!

I wrote the below review 4yrs ago. I've just had the pleasure of meeting Andy again for what I thought might be rats in my roof. Andy's high standards and exemplary work ethic have not slipped one jot in the 4yrs. Cannot recommend him enough! Thank you so much for coming out so promptly and putting my mind to rest. Andy is a rare sort - one you don't find very often. I can wholeheartedly recommend him. After reading all the excellent reviews, I gave Andy a call about woodworm. He came out the very next day (Saturday) to do a survey. Turns out the woodworm activity is historic. He came armed with research and information for me, including a treatment I can purchase and apply myself. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and keen to help. Had I used anybody else I'm sure I'd have been ripped off. Andy is a genuine person and a joy to deal with - I can't recommend him enough. Update: Andy came back - on a Sunday, no less - as the 2 beetles he'd taken away to examine under magnifiers (they're miniscule) turned out to be furniture beetle. Andy sprayed the joists. Altho he doesn't treat woodworm per se (something he was straight up about from the start), he nonetheless went out of his way to help and give me some peace of mind for what is a very worrying issue. I have found Andy to be professional, dedicated and immensely helpful.
